Bank Connection Guidelines

Profile Page Access
  • A Brand Ambassador who has not been approved will not be able to access the profile page.
  • Only approved Brand Ambassadors can proceed further with the bank connection process.


Bank Connection Button Visibility
  • If a Brand Ambassador is approved but has not enabled Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), the "Connect Bank" button will not be visible.
  • Enabling 2FA is a mandatory requirement before proceeding with bank connection.


Adding a Bank
  • A Brand Ambassador can add a bank only if 2FA authentication is enabled.
  • Without 2FA enabled, they cannot initiate or complete the bank connection process.


Editing Bank Details
  • If a bank is already connected, but 2FA authentication is not enabled, the "Edit Bank Details" button will not be displayed.
    • Disabled 2FA Authentication
    • Enabled 2FA Authentication
  • In such cases, the Brand Ambassador will not be able to update or change any bank-related information.

Important Notes
  • 2FA authentication is a security requirement to ensure safe banking transactions.
  • Brand Ambassadors must enable 2FA before they can add or edit bank details.
  • If a bank is already connected but 2FA is later disabled, the Brand Ambassador loses the ability to edit bank details.
